A ‘lawyered up’ Leah McSweeney has shared a defiant selfie following news she filed a discrimination complaint against Bravo.

The star, 41, shared a sexy photo with the empowered caption, ‘In my healing, in love, unbreakable, unshakable, shame-free, lawyered up, sober AF, bad ass vulnerable bitch era.’

She wore a plunging black dress with her hair glamorously slicked up into a messy updo and a single ringlet tumbling down her face.

Leah made little secret of how much she is looking forward to moving her legal battle against Bravo forward with her statement.

A fan commented, ‘Miss you on RHONY. Read Vanity Fair. I wish you $$ in lawsuit. You deserve better by antagonist @bravotv producers!’

She replied with the cutting response: ‘thank u appreciate you. I’m very much looking forward to the depositions :).’

Leah filed a discrimination complaint with Bravo earlier this year, alleging she was forced to miss her grandmother’s funeral due to filming commitments.

A lawsuit filed by McSweeney is said to be imminent, according to Page Six.

An insider told the outlet Leah intends to go ‘all the way’ with Bravo and has no plans of settling.

‘She doesn’t want money through a settlement,’ the insider said. ‘She wants a trial. She wants [Bravo execs] in front of a jury.’

The lawsuit is said to have ‘sordid details’ that the network will be unable to hide as they will be detailed in court documents.

‘She wants to hold them accountable, but she also wants to move on,’ the source added.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Bravo parent company NBCUniversal and McSweeney for comment.

The star is the latest star to speak out against Bravo, after Vanity Fair released a ‘deeply rooted’ investigation into the television network’s relationship with the Real Housewives franchise stars.

McSweeney reportedly filed a discrimination complaint with the EEOC against Bravo after filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip (RHUGT) earlier this year.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Bravo who have so far not been available for comment.

Among her complaints is that she had to miss her grandmother’s funeral due to a conflict with a RHUGT trip to the Hamptons.

A production source told Vanity Fair that the Married to the Mob alum was offered ‘whatever day or time [she] need[ed] to be with [her] grandmother,’ McSweeney claims that’s not what actually happened.

‘It hurt so bad that I was not able to grieve,’ she noted. ‘That I had people not showing me any kind of compassion or humanity regarding it.’

The death of her grandmother drove her into a severe depressive episode and she spent eight days in a psychiatric facility.

McSweeney was also deeply affected when producers for RHONY told her that viewers didn’t find her as likable sober as they did when she was drinking.

Specifically, McSweeney alleges that she was told ‘there was such a stark difference between [her] when [she was] drinking versus this season.’

She had been sober for nine years before a relapse in 2020.

McSweeney quit RHONY but later signed on to do RHUGT for $250,000 and found her fellow cast members encouraged her to drink.

‘I wish you were still drinking. That’s all,’ Marysol Patton admitted texting McSweeney before the Thailand trip.

Meanwhile, Gizelle Bryant asked her, ‘Like, if you drank this week, would that be a big deal?’

‘Production spent endless amounts of time accommodating her,’ the attorney told Vanity Fair.

Support was reportedly offered for McSweeney’s ‘alleged disabilities,’ referencing her drug and alcohol addiction struggles.

The attorney went on to say that McSweeney was offered support for her issues, but the reality TV star thinks those offers were ‘reneged on’ or not ‘offered in good faith.’
