Hailey Bieber has set a personal boundary when it comes to Botox, clarifying that she hasn’t used it for cosmetic purposes and doesn’t plan to until she’s older. The 28-year-old Rhode Skin founder shared her stance on the October 24, 2025, episode of Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast, stating, “I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I’m in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.”
However, Hailey, who welcomed son Jack Blues Bieber, 14 months, with husband Justin Bieber, has made one exception: she uses Botox to manage her temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, a condition that causes chronic jaw pain. According to the Cleveland Clinic, Botox is an effective treatment for such issues.
When it comes to cosmetic enhancements, Hailey is inspired by her mother, Kennya Baldwin, who avoids Botox entirely. “My mom has no Botox,” Hailey said. “She does nothing to her skin and looks incredible.” Instead of injectables, Hailey prioritizes a rigorous skincare routine and alternative treatments like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), which use components from her own blood. “I like to do things I can trust are from my own body,” she explained. “I’m consistent with that, doing it a couple of times a year.” She also incorporates laser treatments into her regimen.
Hailey’s dedication to skincare has fueled the success of Rhode Skin, which she sold to e.l.f. Beauty in May 2025 for a reported $1 billion. Despite the windfall, she remains grounded about her financial future, particularly for her son. “I want to preserve that for my son’s future,” she told WSJ. Magazine in an October 14, 2025, interview. “It’s an amount of money I’ve never dealt with before, so I just want to be smart with it.”
