Threesome sex video on Iracema Beach is investigated by the Civil Police

Police investigate information about sexually explicit threesome video

A video of three people having sex on Iracema Beach, in Fortaleza, went viral on social media this Tuesday (7). In the images circulating on Twitter and Instagram, two men and a woman appear without clothes on one of the benches in Espigão on Rua João Cordeiro.

In the early afternoon of this Tuesday, the Civil Police commented in a note about the case and stated that they are investigating the case.

According to the Civil Police, the practice of an obscene act in a public place, open or exposed to the public is a crime provided for in article 233 of the Penal Code, which also establishes that offering, exchanging, making available, transmitting, selling or exposing for sale, distributing, publishing or disseminating this type of content, without the consent of those involved, is a crime, according to article 218-C.

The public can contribute to investigations by passing on information that helps police work. Reports can be made to the number (85) 3101-1344, from the 2nd DP.
